Examples of very large pots – up to 52cm diameter

This pot measure 38cm across and is 25cm high. I donated it for auction to Trail To Triumph – 2018. Trail to Triumph is a group of charitable people joining together to run an Ultra Marathon (250km) to raise much needed funds for Mesothelioma. This pot sold for $200 – if you would like one custom-made for yourself the price is $150

The only brief for this custom order was to use the colours navy / teal and white. The ‘freckle’ design around the rim has given me ideas for other designs.

My second square pot and another donation. This time to Trail To Triumph 2017. Trail to Triumph is a group of charitable people joining together to run an Ultra Marathon (250km) to raise much needed funds for Mesothelioma. This pot sold for $360 – if you would like one custom-made for yourself the price is $200

My first square pot – well suited to a geometric design. I have donated this pot to be raffled as a fundraiser for a young man who was horrifically injured in a car accident. The winner will be drawn on 17 September 2017 – tickets are $2 each and available by messaging Keegan through the Fassifern Bombers RL Facebook page www.facebook.com/Fassifern-JRLFC-Bombers

This was my first very large pot and it was a gift for my Mum for Mother’s Day 2016.  She already had the pot but it was plain terracotta and looking a bit the worse for wear (I wish I’d taken a photo of it before). She asked if I could paint it in an Aztec inspired design. I loved the challenge and many very large pots have been made to order since.

I donated this pot to the charity ‘Trail To Triumph’ for a fundraising auction in 2016. Trail to Triumph is a group of charitable people joining together to run an Ultra Marathon (250km) to raise much needed funds for Mesothelioma. From memory it sold for $220. Exactly the same pots, exactly the same design – just different colours.

The brief I was given was the same type of circles as Design #84 but the colours were to be powder blue, orange, grey and black. I was very unsure about the colour combination but I quite liked the end result – although I did add white in the centre of the dots to add some brightness.

This customer specified blues and greens but the rest was up to me. Water was the inspiration and created a theme that suited the colours perfectly.
