Thank you for visiting Dots On Pots. My online store has new designs / sizes being added all the time. Each pot is lovingly created by hand so if the item in your cart is marked ‘backorder’ it just means I have to create it especially for you – such is the nature of handmade items. This could take a few weeks depending on blank stock being available and the volume of orders at the time. Please email to let me know if you have specific deadline requirements or if you have any other questions.
Custom orders are also welcome.

Firstly, this depends on whether blank stock is available in your preferred style and size. Providing the blank stock is available the completed pot should be ready to send to you within 2 weeks.
I prefer to send orders on Mondays so that parcels are not as likely to be sitting in a depot over the weekend.
I can send overseas but keeping in mind that terracotta pots are heavy the freight might be prohibitive.
The pots are fully sealed inside and out so that the designs are not damaged by water.
I have not seen any evidence that the paint harms plants.
Yes, saucers are generally available. Some styles have the saucer included and some are an optional extra.
The pots I use come from Italy and the level of stock coming into Australia is out of my control. I try to keep as much blank stock as possible to avoid delivery delays to my clients.
From the website it is possible to pay via Direct Deposit, Credit Card and AfterPay.
Certainly – just let me know you would like one and I can email it to you.

Sometimes. Keep an eye out on Facebook or the website for updates of where Dots On Pots will be.
I will replace the broken items for free. Please send me comprehensive photos of how the parcel arrived, including the packaging and the damaged pot/s so I can make a claim against Sendle or Australia Post.
Yes, but I can freight Australia wide.
This is limited only by your imagination. A lot of my pots feature succulents as these are highly fashionable at the moment but any plants are suitable. At home I have a large variety of plants in my painted pots including succulents, herbs, adeniums, ferns and gingers.
Yes, these are my preference.
